The Warburg Institute

An exhibition identity exploring Aby Warburg’s fascination with stamps as vehicles of history, memory and politics.

Transforming the visual language of stamps into an exhibition experience.

Commissioned by The Warburg Institute, I developed the visual identity and exhibition graphics for Aby Warburg and the Politics of the Stamp, an MA group exhibition exploring stamps as vehicles of history, memory and political identity. From June to September, I worked across the poster, object labels, wall texts and graphics for different display formats, creating a coherent visual system that guided visitors through the exhibition and culminated in a public opening.
